Scope
This policy covers information we collect as a controller about visitors, prospects, and customers using our Sites and Services. For data we process on behalf of a customer about their end users (e.g., when we configure automations/agents for your business), we act as a processor. In that case, our customer’s privacy policy governs, and our processing is subject to our agreement with the customer.

Information you provide
- Contact & business details: name, email, phone, business name/website, industry, goals.
- Intake forms & wizard answers: responses to our interactive funnel, preferences, and selections.
- Messages: emails, chat messages, and support requests.
- Booking details: meeting times and preferences submitted through our scheduler.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, referring pages, and similar log data.
- Cookies & similar tech: used for session management, preferences, analytics, and performance.
Information from third parties
- Calendar & CRM platforms: scheduling confirmations, meeting metadata, and contact updates you authorize.
- Advertising/analytics: aggregated performance metrics (e.g., Google/Meta) and campaign attribution where enabled.
- Public or customer-provided sources: business details, product info, or FAQs you upload or ask us to reference for your automations/agents.
How we use information
- Provide the Services: respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, set up automations/agents, and deliver requested features.
- Improve & develop: analyze usage, troubleshoot, test new features, and enhance performance and security.
- Communications: send confirmations, reminders, updates, onboarding, and service notices.
- Marketing (with your consent or where permitted): send helpful content or product updates; you can opt out anytime.
- Compliance & enforcement: detect/prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements.
AI & automation disclosures
- We may configure automations/agents and connect them to your authorized tools (e.g., n8n, CRM, inbox, calendar).
- Unless explicitly agreed in writing, your customer data is not used to train public/shared AI models.
- We may use private or vendor-hosted models to operate features you request, subject to the vendor’s terms and our agreements.

- Service providers / subprocessors: scheduling (e.g., Cal.com), workflow automation (e.g., n8n), CRM/communications (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, email/SMS providers), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), ads platforms (e.g., Google/Meta), web hosting/ops, and security vendors. They may access information only to perform services for us and must protect it.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality.
- Legal compliance & safety: to comply with law, legal process, or protect rights, safety, and security.

Email support@biztriai.com with your request and the jurisdiction you’re in. If we process data for a customer as their processor, we’ll forward your request to that customer where appropriate.

We are based in the United States and may process information in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
