BizTri LLC (“BizTri”, “we”, “us”) provides installation and optimization of the TriForge™ Growth Engine for service businesses, including funnels/forms, follow-up automation, calendar/CRM integrations, and optional add-ons (TriForge Assistant, TriForge Beacon) (collectively, the “Services”).
Services are billed monthly in advance. A separate one-time setup fee applies. Unless stated otherwise, all fees are in USD and, except for the guarantees below, non-refundable.
No refunds beyond the guarantees above. Your exclusive remedy for performance issues is the make-good described (e.g., continued work until bookings are achieved). Guarantees require client cooperation and timely access.
Provide timely access to calendars, messaging senders (SMS/email), social pages, website or hosted funnel permissions, and any third-party tools needed. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content and for obtaining and documenting consent for messaging as applicable (e.g., TCPA/CASL/GDPR).
Month-to-month. You may cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice (service continues through the paid period). Pauses may be requested and are granted at our discretion.
24/7 email support only at support@biztriai.com. We aim to meet the Fix-in-48h commitment for issues within the Engine.
No unlawful content; no harassment/spam; comply with platform and carrier policies (email/SMS/social). We may suspend Service for violations.
We grant you a non-exclusive license to use deliverables we configure for your business during your subscription. Our pre-existing IP, libraries, and templates remain our exclusive property.
We treat your non-public information as confidential. We act as a processor for personal data you provide solely to deliver the Services and may use vetted service providers (“subprocessors”) to support delivery. We implement reasonable security measures, but no method is 100% secure.
Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee specific revenue; results vary by market, offer, and execution.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may list your business name and logo as a customer after you approve in writing. Case studies require your explicit consent.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated and posted with a new effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts in Florida for any disputes not subject to arbitration (if agreed in writing).
We do not sell personal information. We share with service providers (“subprocessors”) under contract, or as required by law, or with your direction.
We use common categories of vendors to deliver the Services, such as: hosting/CDN, analytics, email/SMS delivery, scheduling, CRM, file storage, and support tooling. A detailed list is available upon request at support@biztriai.com and may be published at a dedicated page from time to time.
We use necessary cookies and may use analytics/advertising cookies. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling may affect functionality.
We retain personal data for up to 24 months for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which we delete or anonymize it. You may request earlier deletion where applicable.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the risk.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time. For access, correction, deletion, or portability requests, contact support@biztriai.com.
If data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction).
